The Padel Foundation is more than just about sport – it’s a charity dedicated to opening doors, breaking down barriers, and transforming lives.
Founded by Nikhil Mohindra, one of the best padel players in Great Britain, and passionate advocate for the sport’s potential, The Padel Foundation was born from a deep belief that padel can be a powerful catalyst for positive change.
The Padel Foundation is committed to making padel accessible to underrepresented communities. Through inclusive programs, new facilities, grassroots outreach, and strategic partnerships, we are creating pathways for people to discover their potential, build vital skills, and lead healthier, more connected lives.
Meet Nikhil
Nikhil mohindra is one of the UK’s brightest padel athletes.
Driven by a belief that sport can change lives, Nikhil founded The Padel Foundation to give every young person, regardless of background , the chance to play, learn, and thrive. Through this platform, he is building pathways that combine padel with education, health, and empowerment, ensuring the game leaves a lasting legacy in communities at home and abroad.
Nikhil is currently ranked GB No. 4 and representing the nation as a GB National Padel Team player on the international stage. In 2024, he made history as the first-ever Ambassador for Padel India, taking the sport to new frontiers and inspiring a generation of players in one of the world’s fastest-growing sports markets.
His journey and achievements have been featured in BBC Sport, Sky Sports, and The Guardian, where his story of determination, skill, and community spirit has reached audiences far beyond the court.
